As of May 26, in Sydney (Australia), the ‘Vivid Sydney’ was born, a festival of lights that will grace the city for 23 nights (until June 17). The event, which will be filled with a whole series of special effects, music and ideas, will feature seven illuminated pedestrian zones and more than 90 installations and large-scale light projections. The event that will include dozens of structures with lighting and color projections, the vast majority interactive, can be enjoyed in the locations that are scattered around different parts of the city.
The festival of lights will be created by 141 artists from 23 countries, who will give life to the sites, The Rocks, Campbell’s Cove, the Royal Botanic Garden of Sydney, the Taronga Zoo, Martin Place , Darling Port and the festival debutante, Barangaroo (South ), among others. On the other hand, the Vivid Sydney is also a place where space is given to ideas and creativity.
